Featuring a brand new chicken-style fillet and filled with Sgaia's homemade garlic and rosemary sausage stuffing, this is a Christmas centrepiece(or Sunday roast) to die for.
Some would argue, our best Christmas special yet! Smother it in gravy, add roasted roots and veggies, sit back and enjoy a stress free, flavourful, luscious festive feast!
Cooking info (it's so easy!):
1. Unpack, then slice the product cold.
2. Heat a Tbsp of oil and a few splashes of water (don’t omit this!) in a non-stick pan.
3. Once hot - add the slices to the pan, and cook covered for about 3-4 minutes each side - or until they are soft and slightly browned. Top up with water and oil if the pan gets too dry.
4. Serve hot alongside roasted veggies!
